Registration of Sub Community for Jointly Owned Properties: Through this service, you can apply to register a sub community for jointly owned properties, at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.
Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted during the application
- Project registration certificate
- Building Completion Certificate
- Bank Account Number (IBAN)
- Certificate of occupancy
- Table of areas subject to fees
- Title Deed/ Musatah agreement

This service has no additional costs.
Steps
- Log in using UAE PASS or visit the service centre.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Obtain an official certificate of registration for a sub community for jointly owned properties.
Terms of Service
The development project to which the sub project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.
