Registration of Sub Community for Jointly Owned Property

Description

This service allows users to register a Sub Community for jointly owned properties in the system. Community Management Companies can enter the required community details, upload supporting documents, and complete the registration and payment process. Once approved, the Sub Community Certificate can be downloaded directly from the system.

Business rules

The development project to which the sub project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre.

Application Journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Enter the community details, service charge budgets, select the bank name, and add the bank account details.
• Select the project and, if applicable, add the properties to be included in the community.
• A list of selected properties will appear. Download the Chargeable Areas template, complete the required fields, then upload it in Excel and PDF formats. Review and click Next.
• Upload the community photos (minimum 1 and maximum 6 photos), then review and click Next.
• Upload all required documents, then review and click Next.
• Review the application details and click Submit Application.
• A pop-up will appear asking whether you would like to send the application for Surveying Company Review. If yes, select the surveying company from the drop-down list.
• A confirmation message will appear indicating that the Sub Community registration application has been submitted successfully and forwarded to the company approver for review.
• If a surveying company is selected, the application will be reviewed by the Surveying Company Auditor, then the Surveying Company Approver. Otherwise, it will be sent directly to Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) for approval.
• Once approved by ADREC, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the application has been completed successfully.
• Your application has been successfully completed. You can now download the Sub Community Certificate.
