Approval of Service Charge Budget for Jointly Owned Property

Description

This service allows Community Management Companies to submit the Service Charge Budget for community review. Once evaluated and approved by ADREC, the company is authorized to issue invoices to property owners based on the approved charges.

The main or sub real estate project must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre.

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Select whether this is your first time requesting budget approval. If not, enter the year of the latest approved budget, then click Next.
• Select the community from the searchable drop-down list. The system will automatically retrieve the community details, then click Next.
• Enter the required budget details, including the budget period, service charge budget summary, and financial information (based on whether it is the first request or not), then click Next.
• Add comments if needed and upload all required documents. Review the uploaded files, then click Next.
• Review all application details carefully and click Submit Application.
• An acknowledgment message will appear. Please read and confirm it to proceed.
• Once submitted, the application will be forwarded to the Management Company Approver for review.
• After approval by the Company Approver, the application will be sent to the Financial Auditing Company for review.
• Once approved by the Financial Auditing Company, the application will be sent to ADREC for final approval.
• After ADREC approval, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the application has been completed successfully.
• Your application has been successfully completed. You can now download the Budget Approval Certificate.
