Registration of Sub Community for Jointly Owned Property

Description

Through this service, you can apply to register a sub community for jointly owned properties, at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Project Registration Certificate
• Building Completion Certificate
• Bank Account Number (IBAN)
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Table of areas subject to fees
• Title Deed/ Musatah Agreement

Business rules

The development project to which the sub project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre.
