Through this service, you can apply to register a sub community for jointly owned properties, at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.

• Building Completion Certificate
• Certificate of occupancy
• Copy of planning approval
• Project Registration Certificate
• Table of Areas Subject to Fees
