Through this service, you can apply to register a main community jointly owned property at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Bank Account Number (IBAN)
• Building Completion Certificate
• Certificate of occupancy
• Copy of planning approval
• Project Registration Certificate
• Table of Areas Subject to Fees
