Description

Through this service, you can apply to register a main community jointly owned property at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Table of Areas Subject to Fees
• Bank Account Number (IBAN)
• Building Completion Certificate
• Certificate of occupancy
• Copy of planning approval
• Project Registration Certificate

Business rules

The development project to which the main project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.
