Modify Sub Community for Jointly Owned Properties

Through this service, you can apply to modify information for sub real estate community with jointly owned, at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Project registration certificate
• Building Completion Certificate
• General fund account IBAN certificate
• Certificate of occupancy
• Table of areas subject to fees
• Title Deed/ Musatah agreement
• Management company authorization letter
• Company’s trade licence
• Reserve fund account IBAN certificate

Business rules

The development project to which the main project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.
