Modify Sub Community for Jointly Owned Properties

Description

This service allows users to modify a Sub Community for Jointly Owned Properties in the system. Community Management Companies can update community details, upload supporting documents, and complete the modification and payment steps seamlessly. Once approved, the updated Sub Community Certificate can be downloaded directly from the system.

The development project to which the main project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.

Application Journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Select the registered community you would like to modify.
• The system will retrieve the community details. You can update the community name, master community (if applicable), cost allocation, and bank account details.
• Review the project and developer details, then click Next.
• Enter the reason for modification.
• A list of previously selected properties (if any) will appear. You can add or remove properties as needed. If changes are made, download the Chargeable Areas template, complete the required fields, then upload it in Excel and PDF formats. Review and click Next.
• You can update the community photos (minimum 1 and maximum 6 photos), then review and click Next.
• Review the uploaded documents and update or replace them if needed. Then review and click Next.
• Review the application details and click Submit Application.
• A pop-up will appear asking whether you would like to send the application for Surveying Company Review. If yes, select the surveying company from the drop-down list.
• A confirmation message will appear indicating that the Sub Community modification application has been submitted successfully and forwarded to the company approver for review.
• If a surveying company is selected, the application will be reviewed by the Surveying Company Auditor, then the Surveying Company Approver. Otherwise, it will be sent directly to Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) for approval.
• Once approved by ADREC, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the application has been completed successfully.
• Your application has been successfully completed. You can now download the updated Sub Community Certificate.
