Approval of the Financial Auditing Company for Jointly Owned Properties

Description

This service allows companies to register as Financial Auditing Companies in the system. Once the application is approved, a license will be issued, valid for two years, enabling the company to operate and provide financial auditing services.

Required Documents

• Auditors’ Registration certificate issued from Ministry of Economy
• A list of professional auditors employed by the Ministry of Human Resources
• Employees Resumes (Auditors)
• Previous Work experience related to budgets review and financial audit of jointly owned properties

Business rules

The development project to which the main project belongs, must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.

Application Journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Review the company details, then click Next.
• Upload all required documents, then review and click Next.
• Upon submission, a message will appear confirming that the Financial Auditing Company registration application has been submitted successfully and forwarded to the company approver for review.
• Once approved by the Company Approver, the application will be sent to ADREC for approval.
• After ADREC approval, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the application has been completed successfully.
• Your application has been successfully completed. You can now download the Company Registration Certificate.
