Description

This service allows Community Management Companies to issue service charge and community charge invoices to property owners based on the budget approved by ADREC.

You cannot enter the same period that has already been used in a previously generated invoice

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Select the community from the searchable drop-down list. The system will automatically retrieve the community details, then click Next.
• Select the properties for which you want to generate invoices, then click Next.
• Enter the previous balance (if any) for each selected property, then click Next.
• Select the installment frequency and set the due date for each installment.
• Upload the required documents. Review the uploaded files, then click Next.
• Review all application details carefully and click Submit Application.
• Once submitted, the application will be forwarded to the Management Company Approver for review.
• After approval by the Management Company Approver, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the application has been completed successfully.
• Your application has been successfully completed. You can now download the invoices.
