- Mortgage Release Certificate
Cost
Request Property Mortgage Redemption for each unit = AED 900
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance = AED 55
Steps
- Log in using UAE PASS or through the available channels.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Obtain release mortgage sticker.
