Register a Property Mortgage Contract: Through this service, you can register a mortgage whether security or possessory on land or real estate units in order to preserve rights. You can also transfer, replace, add to, extend, or amend the terms of the mortgage contract, or remove the mortgage lien from the mortgage land or property, thereby allowing the owner full freedom to dispose of it.

Register a Property Mortgage Contract Fees = 0.1 %
Register a Property Mortgage Contract Fees if it is a guarantee on government housing loans of the value of the mortgage = 0.05 %
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance = AED 450
VAT Tax = 5 %
