- Emirates ID
- Sales agreement
- Real Estate Appraisal Form

Real estate registration fees 2% of the contract value
E-Services Fee = AED 875
Mortgage Registration Fees (if applicable)
Mortgage Release Fees (if applicable) = AED 900
Electronic Service Fee for Mortgage Release (if applicable) = AED 55
Electronic Service Fee for Mortgage Registration (if applicable) = AED 450
Steps
- Log in using UAE PASS or through the service centre.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Receive title deed.
