Transfer Unit from Initial Register to Real Estate Register: Through this service, customer can transfer the unit registered in the initial real estate registry (off plan) to the real estate registry and issue a title deed in the name of the buyer. This service also allows customers to list units in the rental register and facilitates the registration of a mortgage during the transfer process.
