Request Property Mortgage Redemption

Description

You can use this service to release a mortgage
against a property (Land/Unit) through the DARI platform.

Required Documents

• Mortgage Release Letter uploaded by Bank Maker

Business rules

• The owners and properties should not have any blocks.
• The user must have a valid EID or passport (for non-UAE residents).
• The user must have a valid Trade License (for companies).

Service Fees

DMT =AED 900 per property.
EASF = AED 55 ( excl. VAT 5%)

Application journey

• Start the application through the available channels.
• Select the property’s mortgage contract.
• Upload the required documents.
• Submit the application.
• The application will be forwarded to the designated party for approval.
• Pay any applicable fees.
• Download the certificate.
