Register Unit Mortgage
Description
Here, you can register the mortgage contract of your unit.
Required Documents
- Mortgage contract
- NOC from mortgagor bank is required in case there is another mortgage on the same unit.
Business rules
Mortgages are allowed to be registered if the right hold type is ownership with all acquisition types. However, in case the right hold type is ownership, and the acquisition type is allotment, but the land use is public house, then you’re not allowed to register a mortgage contract.
Service Fees
Register Unit Mortgage Fees
Fee = 0.09% of the mortgage contract value
Maximum fee is 1,000,000
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = AED 450 (excl. VAT 5%)
Application journey
- Start your application through the available channels
- Select the property and mortgage bank
- Upload any required documents, then submit for bank approval
- Upon DMT approval, pay any applicable fees, then download the Mortgage Registration Certificate
