Description
Register the Sale of an Off-Plan Plot or Unit: Through this service, you can apply to register a sale transaction full or partial between the parties in the purchase contract the seller and the buyer, or their legal representatives of a land, or real estate unit (off-plan or under construction).

The following documents must be submitted during the application
- Sale and purchase agreement (SPA)

Percent for Musataha = 1 %
Real estate registration fees 2% of the contract value = 2 %
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance = AED 450
Steps
- Log in using UAE PASS or visit the service centre.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Obtain a registration certificate.
Terms of Service
The Sale and Purchase Agreement must be registered within a maximum period of 21 days from the date of signing. In case the registration process starts after this period, a late penalty will be applied in accordance with the applicable regulations.
