Here, you can register the mortgage contract of your property.

Required Documents

• Mortgage contract
• NOC from Mortgagor bank is needed in case there is another mortgage on the same property.

Business rules

Mortgages are allowed to be registered if the right hold type is ownership with all acquisition types. However, in case the right hold type is ownership and the acquisition type is allotment but the land use is public house, then you’re not allowed to register a mortgage contract.

Register a Property Mortgage Contract Fees

Fee = 0.09% of the mortgage contract value

Maximum fee is 1,000,000

Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = AED 450 (excl. VAT 5%)

Application journey

• Upload any required documents, then submit for bank approval
• Upon DMT approval, pay any applicable fees, then download the Mortgage Registration Certificate
