To document the registeration and sale of an an off-plan plot, developers can begin the process here. Remember to include the required documents outlined below.

Service Fees

• Off plan plot buy and sell registration Fees = 2% of the total sale price

AED 10,000 will be added in the event of late registration (21 days from the contract’s date)

ADM fee for properties sold before 2016 is 1,000 AED with no delay penalty

• Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = 420 AED (incl. VAT%)

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Select the specific plot and add the selling details, payment plan, buyer(s), and broker (if applicable)
• Upload any required documentation, then submit.
• Upon DMT approval, pay any applicable fees, then download the pre-registration certificate.
