This service allows real estate brokers to obtain a licensed permit to publish property listings for sale or rent on an accredited property listing website.

Business Rules

• Owner (Individual Initiator):

  • No financial block.

• PMC

  1. Valid trade licenseActive PMA contract.

  3. The brokerage company must have at least one licensed broker as an employee.

• Broker:

  Valid trade license.

• Employee:

  Valid trade license.

• Developer:Valid trade license.

Type 1: Listing

Sell:
(1 Month) / Property = AED 125 + 5% VAT
(2 Months) / Property = AED 250 + 5% VAT
(3 Months) / Property = AED 250 + 5% VAT

Rent:
(1 Month) / Property = AED 50 + 5% VAT
(2 Month) / Property = AED 100 + 5% VAT
(3 Months) / Property = AED 115 + 5% VAT

Type 2: Full Project

Social Media:
(1 Year) / Broker = AED 25,000 + 5% VAT

Events and Communities:
(1 Month) = AED 5,500 + 5% VAT

Road Billboard: 
(1 Month) = AED 1,200 + 5% VAT

Type 3: Outdoor (Building Billboard)

Villa or Residential Land:
(1 Month) = AED 350

Other Property Types:
(1 Month) = AED 1,000

Application Journey

• Select the broker (if the initiator is not the broker).
• Select the property.
• Review and submit the application to the designated party for approval (If applicable).
• Pay the applicable fees.
• Download the certificate and payment receipt.
