Description

This service allows you to list properties for sale or rent by granting brokers an accredited permit to feature listings on a property listing websites.

Business Rules

• Owner (Individual Initiator):

  • No financial block.

• PMC

  1. Valid trade license.
  2. Active PMA contract.
  3. No financial block.
  4. The brokerage company must have at least one licensed broker as an employee.

• Broker:

  Valid trade license.

• Employee:

  Valid trade license.

• Developer:

  Valid trade license.

Service Fees

Service Fees:

Sell (Per Unit/Per Month) = AED 200

Rent (Per Unit/Per Month) = AED 50

EASF:

Sell (Per Unit/Per Month) = AED 50 + 5% VAT

Rent (Per Unit/Per Month) = AED 15 + 5% VAT

Application Journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Select the initiator type.
• Choose the permit type and duration.
• Select the broker (if the initiator is not the broker).
• Select the property.
• Review and submit the application to the designated party for approval.
• Pay the applicable fees.
• Download the certificate and payment receipt.
