This service allows you to renew an active permit to continue listing properties on an accredited property listing website.

Business Rules

• Owner (Individual Initiator):

  No financial block.

• PMC:

1. Valid trade license.
2. Active PMA contract.
3. No financial block.
4. The brokerage company must have at least one licensed broker as an employee.

• Broker:

  Valid trade license.

• Employee:

  Valid trade license.

• Developer:

  Valid trade license.

(1 Month) / Property = AED 70 + 5% VAT
(2 Months) / Property = AED 140 + 5% VAT
(3 Months) / Property = AED 140 + 5% VAT
Rent:
(1 Month) / Property = AED 20 + 5% VAT
(2 Month) / Property = AED 40
(3 Months) / Property = AED 40 + 5% VAT
Developer/ Broker:
(3 Months) / Project = AED 25,000 + 5% VAT

Application Journey

1. Start your application through the available channels.
2. Search for the existing permit
3. Choose the permit duration
4. View the properties list
5. Review and submit the application to the designated party for approval
6. Pay the applicable fees
7. Download the certificate and payment receipt
