This service allows the project developer to submit or update the project schedule, specifying the planned completion percentage for each stage of the project over time.

Service Fees

• Electronic Administrative Fees = AED 1250 + 5% VAT

Application Journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Search for or filter the project that contains your properties.
• Fill in the required details.
• View the application details.
• Review the application.
• The application will be submitted to the Bank Maker.
• The application will be forwarded to the Bank Checker for approval.
• The application will then be reviewed by the Admin.
• The application will be forwarded to the Developer to pay the applicable fees.
• Download the Project Plan.
