Business rules

• The buyer must be officially associated with the selected unit(s).
• There must be no active financial or legal restrictions on the buyer.

Service Fees

• Registration Fees = AED 50
• Electronic Administrative Fees = AED 10 + 5% VAT

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Search for or filter the project that contains your properties
• Choose whether to select a single unit or multiple units.
• View the property details.
• Review the application.
• Submit the application for processing.
  • The application will be submitted to the Bank Maker.
  • It will then be reviewed by the developer.
  • Finally, it will be forwarded to the Bank Checker for approval.
• Pay the applicable fees.
• Download the final report.
