Description
Issuing Valuation Certificate: Through this service, you can request a certificate to be issued stating the approximate value of the land for any of the following purposes: to show restrictions such as registered mortgage or investment, show the approximate value of a land, or act as an identification of the method of land acquisition. If you have a representative with a power of attorney, they can also request the same on your behalf.
Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted during the application
- Certificate of proof of income
- Clear Photos from all the Sides of the Building
- Site Plan
- Other supporting documents

Investment = AED 2700
Commercial =AED 4500
Agricultural = AED 900
Residential = AED 900
Steps
- Log in using UAE PASS or visit the service centre.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Obtain land valuation certificate.
