Request a Valuation Certificate

Description

Through this service, you can request a certificate to be issued stating the approximate value of the land for any of the following purposes: to show restrictions such as registered mortgage or investment, show the approximate value of a land, or act as an identification of the method of land acquisition. If you have a representative with a power of attorney, they can also request the same on your behalf.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Certificate of proof of income
• Clear Photos from all the Sides of the Building
• Other supporting documents
• Site Plan

Service Fees

• Agricultural = AED 900
• Commercial = AED 4500
• Investment = AED 2700
• Residential = AED 900

Application journey

• Log in using UAE PASS.
• Submit the application and the required documents.
• Pay the fees.
• Obtain land valuation certificate.
