- Sales Agreement

- Selling fees for Freehold ownership = 2 %
- Selling fees for Musataha ownership = 1 %
Application journey
- Log in using UAE PASS.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Obtain the land or unit registration certificate.
