Enrol and Register Units for Lease: Through this service, you can request to enrol and register of lease units in the Tawtheeq system so that you can have lease contracts issued afterward.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Proof of Alternative Residence
• Architectural Drawings
• Supporting Documents (if needed)
• Building Completion Certificate
• Building Permit

Cost

• Buildings: AED 900 +5 AED per Unit
• Villas: AED 900 +5 AED for each villa on the same plot

• Log in using UAE PASS.
• Submit the application and the required documents.
• Pay the fees.
• Obtain approval to enrol and register units for lease.
