Enroll and Register Units for Lease

Description

Through this service, you can request to enroll and register of lease units in the Tawtheeq system so that you can have lease contracts issued afterward.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted during the application

• Architectural Drawings
• Building Completion Certificate
• Building Permit
• Proof of Alternative Residence
• Supporting Documents (if needed)

Service Fees

• Buildings: AED 900 +5 AED per Unit
• Villas: AED 900 +5 AED for each villa on the same plot

Application journey

• Log in using UAE PASS.
• Submit the application and the required documents.
• Pay the fees.
• Obtain approval to enrol and register units for lease.
