Description

This service enables developers to initiate the issuance of permits to participate in local exhibitions for both off-plan and ready real estate projects.

Business rules

You must be logged in as a developer account.

• You can choose one project only per permit.
• The project must be registered.
• If the project is off-plan, it must have a registered escrow account.
• The permit is valid for one month only.

Electronic Fees= 10 AED ( excl. VAT 5%)

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Choose a real estate project from the list.
• The system will validate the information.
• Select the date and time of the exhibition.
• Download the permit or QR code.
