Open Company Employee Account

Description

This service allows company admins to open a company employee account while empowering employees to take charge and register themselves within a company. Please follow the business rules outlined below.

Business rules

• When a company admin opens an employee account, the system automatically approves and promptly adds the employee.
• When employees register themselves within a company through their personal profile, they must provide the company trade license number. Then, the application will be forwarded to the company admin for approval and permission assignment.
• If an employee is designated as a company admin, the application will be forwarded to the DMT for approval.
• The company admins will be granted all access rights by default.
• Each company can have a maximum of 2 admins.

• Upload the Company Acknowledgment Letter.
• Submit the application.
• The application will be reviewed by the designated party for approval.
