The value of real estate transactions during January of this year amounted to AED 4.61 billion, totaling 1,199 real estate sales and mortgage transactions, according to data and statistics published by the “Dari” platform of the Department of Municipalities and Transport.
The DARI real estate platform witnessed an increase in the number of real estate projects offered, reaching 189. The Emirate of Abu Dhabi has maintained its global position as one of the most attractive markets for real estate investment in light of the introduction of many strategic measures to achieve the wise leadership’s vision of promoting sustainable growth of the real estate sector in the emirate.
