Abu Dhabi luxury property prices rise, with Saadiyat Island leading the way

According to a recent analysis, the premium section of the Abu Dhabi property market saw the most dramatic price hikes in 2022. The latest official statistics issued by the Statistics Centre — Abu Dhabi (SCAD) show that Abu Dhabi’s GDP gained 11.2 percent yearly in the first six months of this year. This was evident in the considerable increase in the average price per square foot for villas in a number of areas in the city.
