Abu Dhabi has taken a significant step in transforming its real estate sector with the launch of Madhmoun, the first governmental Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in the GCC. This new verification platform aims to enhance transparency, trust, and efficiency in property transactions, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leader in real estate innovation.
Madhmoun: Transforming Real Estate in Abu Dhabi
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center (ADREC) has officially introduced Phase 1 of Madhmoun, which aims to streamline property verification and advertising processes. This phase ensures that only verified properties are listed and that advertisements are managed exclusively by up to three approved brokers per property. Additionally, Madhmoun integrates an automated publishing system via API, allowing real estate listings to be seamlessly shared with classified platforms.
Future phases of Madhmoun will further enhance the platform’s capabilities. Phase 2 and Phase 3, currently in development, will introduce broker-to-broker collaboration, direct deal-making functionalities, and international integration with MLSs and global listing websites. This will open new opportunities for real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi, giving them access to a broader market and fostering international real estate connections.
