Steps
- Log in using UAE PASS or visit the service centre.
- Submit the application and the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Obtain the renewed tenancy contract.
Terms of Service
- The owner of the property shall be registered in the Electronic Tawthiq services.
- Fees of lease contracts of more than four years: 1% of first year lease value.
- A fee of 5% shall be paid of the value of government land leases.
