Cost

Request to Register a New Lease Contract = AED 50

For Lease Contracts of More than Four (4) Years = 1 %

Pay the fees.
Obtain the contract.

Terms of Service

The fees of registering a new lease contract for industrial lands and real estates leased from the government shall not be less than 5% and shall not exceed 10%.
