Description

To make changes or modifications to an existing rental agreement, you can start the process here.

Business rules

You may only modify the amenities, change the ADWEA bill recipient, or add an occupant within the first seven days of the registration date.

After that point, you may only add an occupant by adding the occupant’s name, Emirates ID, or Unified number.

Service Fees

Modify Tenancy Contract Fees = Free
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = AED 25 (excl. VAT 5%)

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Select “modify tenancy contract” in the submenu.
• Select the contract you’d like to modify.
• Review the details, then submit.
• Receive the tenant’s final approval, then download the contract.
