Description
Here, you can waive shares from an existing Musataha to a new Musateh, available for both individuals and organizations.
Required Documents
An insurance certificate is required and must include the new Musateh’s name.
Business rules
- The existing Musataha must be active.
- The new Musataha must be locally owned or fully owned by a local company.
- Any delayed terms must be cleared.
Service Fees
- wavier of musataha Fees = (3.6% x remaining rent for the current period x share that the customer is requesting to waive)
Pay all delayed rent amount at ADM before initiating the waiver application
- Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = 400 AED ( excl. VAT 5%)
Application journey
- Start your application through the available channels.
- Select the specific plot, then add the new Musataha(s) and the waiving percentages.
- Upload any required documents, then submit
- Receive approval from the second party.
- Upon DMT approval, pay any applicable fees, then download the new Musataha contract.
