Description

This service allows individual users (company employees) to register as a broker.

Required Documents

Business rules

• The company trade license must be valid to initiate this service.
• The user should not have any blocks.
• Update Professional Details” application must be completed.
• All uploaded documents must be valid and updated.
• Valid EID.
  

Service Fees

Broker (Employee) Registration Fees = Free
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = AED 100 ( excl. VAT 5%)

Application journey

• Complete the real estate brokers training course for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the Think Prop Institute at www.Thinkprop.ae or by reaching out to them at support@thinkprop.ae.
• Start your application through the available channels.
• The system will verify the validity of the documents.
• Download the certificate.
