Close Tenancy Contract

Description

Lessors can initiate the service of tenancy contract closure for multiple units.

Business rules

• The user should not have any blocks.
• The EID number must be valid.
• The user can close a tenancy contract, with or without the approval of the second party, after 30 days from the contract expiry date.
• Only expired tenancy contracts can be closed.

  • The application will be forwarded to the designated parties for approval.
