Description

Property owners can request the issuance of a certificate with their property(ies) details, including details of the current and previously owned properties

Business rules

On a case-by-case basis with due consideration given to the property’s status, the Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT) may need to review and approve the request. Upon approval, you will receive a notification with the download.

• Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = 10 AED (excl. VAT 5%)
