Through this service, you can apply for a certificate of registration of a new or existing real estate development project within The Department of Municipalities and Transport’s real estate development project register.

• Building Management System
• DMT Approval
• Project description
• Project Drawing
• Project Sub-Development Plan

Manage a Registered Real Estate Project (Issue new certificate) = AED 135000
