Transfer registration fees=900 AED
Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees= AED 50 (excl. VAT 5%)

Tawtheeq:
In case first unit in the building, then user need to pay for:
Building = 900 AED
Unit = 5 AED

Mortgage
DMT= (0.09% of the mortgage contract)
EASF= (400+VAT)

• Select the party that will pay the transfer registration fees

• Upon approval, pay any applicable fees
