Business rules
On a case-by-case basis with due consideration given to the property’s status, the Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT) may need to review and approve the request. Upon approval, you will receive a notification with the download.
The Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT) is required to review and approve requests if the owner or property details have been amended after 2017. They will automatically be sent the Reque
Service Fees
- Certificate of owned properties Fees = 50 AED
- Electronic Administrative Services Allowance Fees = 10 AED (excl. VAT 5%)
