Developers can use this service to initiate the permit issuance to organize their real estate project launch event, whether in the off-plan or ready stage.

Business rules

• You must be logged in as a developer account.
• You can choose one project only per permit.
• The project must be registered.
• If the project is off-plan, it must have a registered escrow account.
• The permit is valid for one month only

Application journey

• Start your application through the available channels.
• Choose a real estate project from the list.
• The system will validate the information.
• Select the date and time of the launch event.
• Download the permit or QR code.
