Abu Dhabi Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 52.6 billion in 2023

DARI, a subsidiary of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), announced that the value of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi since the beginning of this year has reached AED 52.6 billion, with a total of 13,643 sales and mortgage transactions, with sales during this period reaching AED 32.6 billion between off-plan sales and ready properties, while mortgage transactions amounted to AED 20 billion.
