Dari Real Estate Platform, part of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), announced the launch of 12 new real estate projects under construction on Al Reem Island, including 6 real estate projects for buildings and 6 other real estate projects for the construction of villas, all of which provide 4,293 new housing units, with completion rates ranging between 5% and 99.8%.
These include 7 projects by the real estate developer “Reem Hills,” one by the real estate developer “Mesab Limited,” one project by the developer “SAS Real Estate,” another by the developer “Red Net Real Estate Projects,” and two projects by real estate developer “Emkan Properties.”
