27 New Real Estate Projects in Abu Dhabi

This year saw the registration of 27 new real estate projects in different areas of the emirate, providing 6,700 housing units available for purchase for all nationalities. Shafiqa Nader Al Balushi, Director of Developers Affairs and Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Municipality, announced this.

Shafiqa Al Balushi also called for taking advantage of the smart applications developed by the Department of Municipalities and Transport, including the Dari application, which aims to integrate real estate services in the emirate into a unified platform and provide a smooth and flexible customer experience.
