The DARI real estate platform, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, announced that the value of real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi reached 1,199 real estate sales and mortgage transactions this January, with a value of real estate transactions reaching AED 4.61 billion, equivalent to USD 1,025 billion.
The department expects further growth in the real estate sector thanks to the distinctive investment opportunities provided by the emirate and the launch of more new real estate projects implemented in accordance with the highest international standards.
